Head of Department for Control Over Public Procurement Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation
Mr. Evraev graduated from the Leningrad Financial-Economic Institute in 1993.
1991-2000 – He worked in the field of economy and industry as an expert and was a head of financial and legal department and later on director in the field of economics and finance.
In 1999 Mr. Evraev received his second degree in law from St. Petersburg State University.
2000 to 2004 – He led the socio-economic programmes of the Institute "Epicenter". During his work, he developed and implemented the anti-crisis economic programmes in the following cities: Artyom (Primorsky region), Tomsk (Siberia), Baltic (Kaliningrad region).
From 2004 Mr. Evraev was the head of the department of control and supervision in the field of real estate, local monopolies and housing at the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation. He worked on improving the legislations in the field of housing and utilities and urban and natural resources.
In January 2007 Mr. Evraev was appointed as Head of Department for Control over Public Procurement at the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation. The main focus of his work includes - reform of public procurement and organisation of control in this area.
In 2008, based on the Decree of President of the Russian Federation Mr. Evraev was awarded with a second degree medal "For Service to Motherland".
